Paperhat have acquired a majority stake in cross-media consultancy company Consorcio Group. The new addition to the Paperhat Group is being launched today under the name Paperhat Consorcio Limited.

The new business provides clients with cross-media consultancy services, specialising in return on marketing investment and social media. The company is led by Ian Sullivan, who will be joined on the Board by Paperhat Managing Director, Tony Rapacioli.
